The customer consents and agrees to terms and conditions of this sale agreement unless customer has signed a specific sale/purchase agreement with ATS, in which case terms and conditions laid out in the separate sale/purchase agreement will prevail.

ATS reserves the right to offer/quote best price of the product appearing on our website and do not reflect in any way listed or Retail prices of the Supplier. Validity of the quoted price will be clearly mentioned on each quote and is subject to change due to currency fluctuation, market conditions, product availability or any other extenuating circumstances. ATS will seek customer consent for any change in price before processing any order.
Prices quoted include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. All overseas shipments are exempted from VAT.
Payments
ATS accepted methods for payment for products ordered from www.apricus-tek.com include PayPal, Major Debit/Credit cards, TT directly to our account.

- PayPal, Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED/USD will be accepted for payment as outlined in the quote.

- ATS will not engage in business with OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries/entities/persons according to UAE law.

All products offered will be offered with warranties as offered on “as is” basis. They will be new and free from any defect. Express warranty if any will be mentioned on the quote submitted by ATS.
Indemnity
Customers agree to indemnify, defend and hold ATS and/or our affiliates, as the case may be, harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, caused by actions, costs and damages in any form, including but not limited to, legal attorney fees and court costs, arising out of breach of term of Use or regarding products supplied by ATS and incorporated into the customer’s product.
