Shipping Charges & Information:
Customer will receive order confirmation email mentioned on request for quote. Estimated shipping time will be intimated on quote and proforma Invoice generated by ATS. ATS will offer quotes with shipping of orders via FedEx, TCS, UPS or DHL. Shipping charges mentioned. These charges will be estimated, exact charges will be mentioned on proforma invoice.
Exact shipping time cannot be ascertained even by Couriers like DHL, TCS, FedEx or UPS. It will as per courier website tracking information. Any delay for international shipping due to customs or any other reason is not in control of ATS.
Warranties and Return Policy
All product warranties will be mentioned on request for quote by customers. Any product if found defective should be returned to ATS within 7 days of receipt of product for exchange or replacement or as per terms and conditions outlined on the ATS quote.
Any product returned under warranty must be in original/unused condition and in original manufacturer packing with all items/accessories and document for complete refund or replacement as the case may be.
Non-Returnable Items
Following items will not be accepted for returns:
- Shipped order with no-return clearly mentioned on ATS quote.
- Returned items bearing clear indications of use or damage due to any reason.
- Product original packaging is tempered and box/packaging seal is broken.
- No refund of Shipping charges
Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment used for purchase only.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled if they are not shipped by ATS. No orders are cancellable while in transit to customer. Customer refund request minus shipping charges will be processed by ATS and can take up to 45 days for refund process to be completed.
